INTERVIEW FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS I – 2010-11

 

            Parents of the children provisionally selected for admission to Class I during 2010-11 should bring their wards as per the schedule shown below for an interview/admission along with the original copy of the following documents.

 

  1. Birth Certificate in Original
  2. Caste Certificate in original and an attested copy for SC/ST/OEC/OBC students
  3. Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen
  4. Nativity Certificate in original wherever required
  5. Affidavit duly signed by Notary Public for Single Girl Child

 

Note : Parents who had submitted fax copies of various certificates are requested to submit the original copies of the same at the time of admission.

26.04.2010 at 10.30 am

Parents are requested to be present in the Vidyalaya on the date and time mentioned above.

 

Fees to be remitted at the time of admission:

Admission fee                         - Rs.  25/-

Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi           - Rs.720/-

Total                                       - Rs.745/-

 

 

UNIFORM:

Details regarding the Vidyalaya Uniform are available on the notice board.

 

CLASSES:

Regular classes for I std will commence from 01.04.2010

 

Abbreviations used in the Remarks column:

SGC    - Single Girl Child

NAAC – Non availability of Accommodation Certificate

DOB – Date of Birth Certificate

 

Parents who are working other than Kannur are requested to produce the proof non availability of family accommodation at his place of posting(If not submitted earlier)

 

Vidyalaya Tmings:

The Vidyalaya timing will be from 09 am 3.10 pm. Students should be present in the Vidyalaya by 8.45 am. Second Saturdays and Sundays are holidays. Last working day of every month will be half day for students, ie, upto 12.15 pm.

NOTE: In case any error is noticed in the list, same may please be brought to the notice of the Principal and admission in-charge on or before 24.04.2010.
