THE LITTLE PEARLY MOON |
|
Our friendly baby moon whom we do not see at noon was born on a bright day and was found happy and gay one day morning he saw his uncle sun who was bright and hot and cooled none. he asked his uncle how he glows, and where from he got his golden gloves? the uncle said that he had light because of which he shines bright the whole world is daily lit, by his bright light kit. the little moon, the innocent one wanted to glow like his uncle sun so he set out on a tour in search of light and was sure he would one day shine bright with all his spirited might. first he went to the star Bellatrix and asked for her light, without tricks. but she said her's was a tiny light, using which he can't even shine at night. he returned sadly from a every star and wanted to plot a fierce war but his uncle who had mercy found his nephew sitting not in cry. he promised him part of his light. pat by part on every night. the little one's joy knew no bounds and he happily hopped many rounds around the sky in the starry night and showering us with pearly light
