    Cub-Bulbul Utsav was conducted in all pomp and gaiety this year on 22nd Feb 2008. About 76 Cubs and 76 Bulbuls participated. Principal Sri.Saseendran P, addressed the gathering and inaguarated the Utsav at 8.30 a.m by blowing and bursting balloons, followed by guests and participants.

    Vice Principal Mrs.Prasanna P, Head Master Sri.V.K Chandran felicitated. Three Cub masters Mr.Balakrishnan, Head Master of KV Payyannur and Mr.Madhusoodanan (HWB), distric Secretary Scouts & Guides, Kannur,  attended the function and held sessions and games for Cubs.

    Flock leaders KV Geetha PRt and Anitha C.K PRT both of KV Kannur held sessions and games for bulbuls. There were sing song sessions, games, and other competitions like drawing, mask-making and bulbul tree decoration were held and prizes were distributed.

    Breakfast, lunch and snacks were provided for the participants. Programme came to an end by 3.15 pm with certificate distribution for participants and vote of thanks.
