VEGETABLE GARDEN

            Our Vidyalaya is maintaining a Vegetable Garden as a part of Eco Club activities. This innovation project was started in the month of December 08 with an aim of making aware of agricultural practices to the students of class VIII.  There is a chapter on Crop production and Management in class VIII science, where the students are expected to learn various steps in agricultural practices like : Preparation of Soil, Sowing, Irrigation, Manuring, Weeding, Transplantation, Pest control Harvesting...etc. Our students are learning these steps by doing.
